The daily meditation based on my personal statements, values and virtues has been an empowering practice. I recorded the word statements that Lee had been keeping track of and it has become a non-negotiable daily practice. I also have come back to the practice of writing weekly, monthly and yearly goals which I had not done for a long time. These goals keep me grounded and focused which was one of the skills I wanted to strengthen through working with Lee.
